POWRPOS has launched a direct integration with Xero, the popular cloud-based accounting platform. The integration automates the transfer of sales data, payment fees, tips, and refunds from POWRPOS to Xero, eliminating manual data entry and reducing accounting errors.
What Syncs Automatically
The integration syncs daily sales summaries, payment processing fees, tip payouts by employee, refunds and voids, and tax collected. All data maps to the correct Xero accounts automatically based on configurable mapping rules.

Setup Takes Minutes
Setting up the Xero integration takes less than 10 minutes. Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your POWRPOS dashboard, click Connect Xero, authorize the connection, configure account mapping, and enable auto-sync.
The integration supports multiple locations — each store syncs to its own Xero tracking category for easy multi-location accounting.
